Engage your little ones in the calming, strengthening, energizing practice of yoga! Toddlers and preschoolers will participate with their caregivers in music, movement, stories, and fun combined with traditional yoga poses, meditation, relaxation, and breathing. Yoga mats are recommended; towels or blankets make good substitutes. The program is free but registration is required.
