When we operate in a constant state of stress, digestion is one of the body’s processes that is most affected. Prolonged digestion issues can lead to challenges with weight management and much more. In this informative, relaxing hour, Tracy Wosaba, founder of Winter Park Meditation & Mindfulness, will share tools and tips for activating the relaxation response for improved digestion and overall health. This class will also include gentle chair yoga for all levels, as well as a guided meditation. This class is free, and enrollment is required.
