Life is a series of beginnings and endings.  Whether you are dealing with the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or moving into a new chapter of life, this informative, relaxing class offers something for everyone. This class will also include gentle chair yoga for all levels, as well as a guided Loving Kindness Meditation.  This class is free, and enrollment is required.
