Pam Brandon is the co- author of two Florida cookbooks, the award-winning “Field to Feast, Recipes Celebrating Florida’s Farmers, Chefs and Artisans” and “Good Catch, Recipes & Stories Celebrating the Best of Florida’s Waters.” She also is managing editor of Edible Orlando magazine. Brandon has authored 20 Disney cookbooks, including the 2018 “Best of Disney Festivals Coast to Coast” and “Delicious Disney, Fresh Edition.” Brandon resides in Winter Park, Fla.

Katie Farmand is a food stylist and also the editor of Edible Orlando magazine. A native of Floridia, she grew up deep-sea fishing with her grandparents and enjoying homegrown tomatoes in the winter. She is the co-author of “Field to Feast: Recipes Celebrating Florida Farmers, Chefs and Artisans” and “Good Catch: Recipes and Stories Celebrating the Best of Florida's Waters.”  

Heather McPherson handles the media for Chef Art Smith’s Florida Homecomin’ Kitchen and Splitsville Luxury Lanes at Disney Springs. She is the Central Florida director of new business and development for RockawayPR. and provides food content for the Florida Dairy Farmers and PrimeTime Kitchen on Real Radio 104.1. The author of four cookbooks, she co-wrote five and edited three cookbooks. Her latest work is “Mojito."
