The Concert stage sits in the north end of the park near Lincoln Ave. The stage stands 2 feet high and measures 30 by 45 feet with a removable canopy to shade performers.

The stage was built in 1982 because of growing interest and support for outdoor entertainment. Before the permanent stage, city crews would erect a temporary stage whenever park entertainment required the use of a platform.
