As shown in the picture, this is stock certificate number 32 issued from the Winter Park Company.  It was issued to Loring A. Chase of Winter Park, Florida, and dated April 16, 1885, for thirteen shares.

On the reverse are signatures of James S. Capen, Charles M. Capen, and O. E. Chapman.
