Source of Funds 2007 Fiscal Year This chart shows the sources of funds for the Library during our 2006-07 Fiscal Year.  The BLUE shades are tax dollars.  Nearly two-thirds of the total funds came from the City of Winter Park.  The lightest blue is from the State of Florida, and accounts for just 4% of our annual revenue.  The BROWN, ORANGE and YELLOW shades are from charitable giving.  This represents over one-fourth of our total revenue and is continuing to grow.  The GREEN slice is revenue from Library operations (overdue charges, room rentals, user fees, photocopy charges, etc.) and represents just under 5% of our annual revenue.
