Blindness Resource Center: 
     Links to information for the visually impaired.

 
National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped: 
     A free Library of Congress program offering Braille and recorded materials to eligible borrowers through a network of cooperating libraries.

 
Talking Books:
     For citizens unable to read due to eye problems, learning disabilities, etc. Download application; doctor must certify disability.  From Florida's
     Division of Blind Services.


 Deaf
 American Sign Language Alphabet
    
Learn the alphabet and type in a phrase to find the translation.

 
Captioned Films:
    
The Department of Education and the National Association of the Deaf provide captioned films for the hearing impaired.

 
Deaf Resource Library: 
     An online collection of reference material and links to inform people about deaf cultures in Japan and the United States.

     Find resources about legal rights, financial resources, assistive technology, employment opportunities, housing modifications, childrearing and more.

 Special Olympics: 
     Site has separate pages for each event with tips for coaches and athletes, celebrity supporters, and related links.

 
Travel Agencies for the Disabled: 
     From Yahoo!, a list of travel agencies specializing in continental and worldwide trips for the disabled.
